Custodial Services - Round Valley Branch Library

This Request for Proposal (RFP) announces the intent of the County of Mendocino to obtain proposals from qualified firms to provide custodial services for the Mendocino County Round Valley Branch Library.

The purpose of the RFP is to enter into a contract with an experienced contractor(s) to furnish all labor, management, equipment, transportation and services necessary to maintain the above-named facilities in a clean and sanitary condition. The County of Mendocino intends to enter into an initial agreement of up to two (2) years with an option to extend one (1) additional year by amendment.

Vendors must submit four (4) copies of their proposal:  three (3) complete paper copies with original Vendor signature, and one (1) complete copy on USB Flash Drive.   The proposal must be formatted in accordance with the instructions of this RFP.  Promotional materials may be attached, but are not necessary and will not be considered as meeting any of the requirements of this RFP.  Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope or package, clearly marked “Mendocino County RFP No. 025-26”, and delivered by 2:00 p.m. July 23, 2026 to:

Late or facsimile proposals will not be accepted.  It is the proposer’s responsibility to assure that its proposal is delivered and received at the location specified herein, on or before the date and hour set.  Proposals received after the date and time specified will not be considered.  Note:  The unauthorized use of the County’s official logo is strictly prohibited.
