Goal of the RFP
The Redevelopment Authority of Scranton (SRA) invites qualified development teams to submit proposals for the conveyance and redevelopment of multiple SRA-owned vacant parcels located throughout the City of Scranton.
These sites are being offered for redevelopment consistent with the City’s comprehensive revitalization, sustainability, and neighborhood stabilization goals.
