Project Description: Pennsylvania College of Technology is seeking bids for: supply and delivery of gasoline, on-road/off-road diesel, kerosene, and fuel oil, for a three-year period., beginning 1 January 2026 and ending 31 December 2028. Bidding documents are available at no cost, via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). Bids will be accepted until 2:30 PM on Tuesday, 25 November 2025, via the PennBid Program. Bids must be submitted by the stated date and time, when bids will be electronically opened. The College reserves the right to waive any informalities in bidding, reject any or all bids, select a single item from any bid, or accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the College.
