This Project is subject to the requirements set forth in the Continuity of Work Agreement by and Between El Monte Union High School District and Los Angeles and Orange Counties Building and Construction Trades Council and Signatory Craft Councils and Unions approved by the District’s Board on June 12, 2024, and any amendments thereto (collectively, “CWA”). All bidders and subcontractors of any tier must review carefully the CWA, attached to the bid documents, and all of its requirements before submitting a bid for the Project.
