Solicitation Description:

Harris County Department of Education is announcing the release of the following Request for Proposal RFP# 25/049MF for Technology Asset Solutions . The initial base term of the prospective contract is a period of one calendar year, and HCDE may elect to extend any contract awarded pursuant to this RFP for up to four additional one-year renewal terms.

*Note: Vendor(s) awarded under RFP#25/018MF for Technology Products and Services need not respond to this RFP unless the vendor(s) desires to be considered for the HCDE-specific portion of the RFP. In this case the vendor(s) will need to respond to both Part A and Part B (stated otherwise, if a vendor only wants the cooperative work and was awarded under RFP #25/018MF, the vendor need not respond to this RFP).
