AML Wetland Mitigation Credits

ODNR-DMRM seeks to purchase wetland in-lieu fee credits from an approved wetland in-lieu fee bank to offset expected impacts to approximately 1.4 acres of wetlands in Eastern Ohio. This includes impacts to three separate sites further broken down to Site TR66 – 0.369 acres; Site CR75 – 0.502 acres; and Site TR410 – 0.337 acres. These impacts are non-avoidable and the result of abandoned mine land reclamation activities known as the Combo Tuscarawas County Highwalls 2024 reclamation project. These in-lieu fee credits must be immediately available and located in the Tuscarawas Watershed 8-digit HUC service area (HUC#05040001). The selected in-lieu fee bank providing in-lieu fee credits must be approved by the Interagency Review Team.
