INVITATION FOR SEALED BIDS:

FORECLOSED PROPERTY SALE AUTHROIZED BY CITY OF NORTH POLE ORDINANCE 2026-08

The City of North Pole, Alaska, invites sealed competitive bids for the purchase of the foreclosed properties described below.  Bids must be received by the City Clerk by Monday, August 31, 2026 at 2:00 pm at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud.

Property Address:  880 Refinery Loop, North Pole AK  99705
Lot 9 of Stillmeyer Estates, according to the revised plat filed September 3, 1985 as Plat No. 85-214; records of the Fairbanks Recording District, Fourth Judicial District, State of Alaska.
Minimum Bid: $35,000.00

Property Address:  984 Marquette Loop, North Pole AK  99705
Lot 125 of Stillmeyer Estates, according to the revised plat filed September 3, 1985 as Plat No. 85-214; records of the Fairbanks Recording District, Fourth Judicial District, State of Alaska.
Minimum Bid: $35,000.00

The properties shall be awarded to the highest bidder unless the highest bidder fails to execute a purchase and sales agreement within seven days, and then the award shall be to the next highest bidder.

The properties are sold as is and without warranty.  Full payment is due at closing.  The City does not have information to complete a disclosure statement and will require it to be waived pursuant to AS 34.70.110.  Buyer is responsible for paying any and all closing costs and recording fees.
