NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract CISCO MERAKI NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE EQUIPMENT 26-076-ROE on or before August 28, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at sara.rogers@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com. All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

Electronic signatures are allowed and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County (“County”) is seeking bidders to furnish and deliver Cisco Meraki network infrastructure equipment and licensing for its Regional Office of Education (“ROE”) located at 421 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton, IL 60187. All goods shall be shipped F.O.B. Destination.

Bidder shall be an authorized Cisco Meraki reseller and/or partner. No refurbished or gray market equipment shall be accepted. Equipment shall be new and factory-sealed. No substitutions shall be accepted.
