The City of Groton, Department of Utilities are requesting formal proposal for “TRAFFIC CONTROL FLAGGING SERVICES” in accordance with the following specifications and information: This invitation to bid is mainly to cover Groton Utilities and Bozrah Light and Power service territories along with services needed by other City departments. Sealed Proposal for the above work will be received at the office of the City of Groton Department of Finance, 295 Meridian St, Groton, Connecticut 06340 until 2:00PM prevailing time, on April 29, 2026, in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the person or entity submitting a proposal and the following language on the front of the envelope: PROPOSAL FOR TRAFFIC CONTROL FLAGGING SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF GROTON AND GROTON UTILITIES
