Gravel Haul 2026
The Rural Municipality of Eagle Creek No 376 is accepting Tenders for loading, hauling and spreading of approximately 15,000 yards of Road Gravel for the 2026 year. Gravel will be supplied by the Municipality from one pit. Gravelling to be completed by August 31st, 2026.
The R.M. requests that all bidders submit pricing by cubic yard for loading gravel from stockpiles into trucks, as well as a cost per cubic yard-mile for hauling and spreading, along with any additional costs. Please attach “Letter of good standing” from Saskatchewan WCB, confirmation of insurance, a list of truck/trailer units to be used and references, if available.
The municipality has the right to randomly weigh any or all of the loads.
We require Belly Dump only.
Tenders to be received by the Administrator no later than 3:30 p.m. May 11th, 2026, Tenders will be opened at the regular meeting of Council on May 12th, 2026.

The Municipality reserves the right to refuse any or all tenders, and the lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted. The Municipality further reserves the right to award or refuse tenders based on a past working history with a contractor.
