Attached are the Solicitation, Pre-Proposal Inquiry (PPI) Form, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The PPSV is scheduled on July 30, 2026, at 1500 (Philippine Time). Participants will meet at Gate 1 of Antonio Bautista Air Base, Palawan, Philippines. For more details, please see the attached solicitation package. /// Amendment 0001: The PPSV date is changed from July 30, 2026, to August 1, 2026. The PPSV time remains unchanged at 1500. /// Amendment 0002: It is hereby posted to extend the proposal due date to 25 August 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Thailand time, establish a 5 MB limit per proposal email, and clarify the requirements for schedule/lost-day calculations and monthly progress payment invoicing. Please see the attached amendment for complete details. /// Amendment 0003 adds applicable DFARS provisions and clauses; revises Non-Cost Factor 1 Offeror Experience; provides Government responses to PPIs; incorporates revisions to the Technical Specifications and BOQ; and adds supporting project enclosures, including As-Built Plans, AGT Status Report, Topographic Plan, PAF Antonio Bautista Air Base documentation, and Tree Cutting Approval.
