Request for Proposals- Tulare County Mobility Management Plan

The Tulare County Association of Governments (TCAG) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for the preparation of the
Tulare County Mobility Management Plan. The objective of this RFP is to select a consultant with expertise in public outreach to disadvantaged
communities, coordination with stakeholders in the health and social services sectors, and formulating multiparty agreements to produce a
comprehensive mobility management plan focused on the needs of the 51 Census Tracts in Tulare County designated by the federal government
as 'areas of persistent poverty'. The plan will emphasize improving access to health care, wellness services, and employment opportunities for residents
of designated areas, particularly those rural areas that are far from major urban centers. The target completion date for the plan is September 30, 2027.
