1. Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, travel, and incidentals needed to clean, repair, remove and legally dispose of existing damaged roof material and furnish and install new 40-year replacement roof to go on top of existing roof (over 30-year felt), flashings, and roof components to California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).
2. Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, for a more complete description of services.
