SEE AMENDMENT A0001 TO SOLICITATION DATED 18 AUGUST 2026 THAT DOES THE FOLLOWING:

1. Provides Government responses to questions from quoters.

2. Updates Attachement 1 Estimated Quantity Schedule

3. Updates Attch 3 PWS A-G, Adds CDRLs to Part IV and Updates Part V, Local Text

4. Adds Non-Separately Priced Info CLINs for CDRLs for the Base and Option Years

5. Updates option year CLIN numbers from 3001 adn 3002, TO 2001 and 2002.

ALL AMENDMENTS MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY SIGNING AND A COPY MUST BE PROVIDED WITH YOUR QUOTE NO LATER THAN 09:00AM EST, 28 AUG 2026.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number N6883626QS031 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the preparation of personal property of Department of War (DoW) personnel for shipment, drayage and/or storage and related services through the Direct Procurement Method for the NAVSUP Joint Personal Property Office Southeast (JPPSO-SE) for Blount Island, Jacksonville, FL.

The requirement is for Inbound and Outbound Household Goods moving services IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS), which includes proper packing, loading, and containerization of personal property for onward movement. On-time pickup and delivery of personal property, proper preparation of documentation and accurate invoicing of charges. Maintaining adequate facilities and serviceable equipment and protection and accountability of Government-owned containers.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference and full text. The provisions and clauses may also be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov
