Service Period: October 1, 2026 – September 30, 2027

Service should be invoiced quarterly, and in arrears. Invoices will not be paid until services have been completed for each quarter.
This maintenance agreement is sole sourced, and the supplier that is able to sell, install, and service HySecurity hydraulic and electromechanical gate operator systems and hostile vehicle mitigation barriers should be the only one to submit a proposal. Supplier’s sole source letter is required to be attached to the proposal in AL Buys.

Scope of Work:

  1. Supplier to Perform Preventative maintenance checks as required for one (1) year as follows:
    1. Preventative maintenance on five (5) Electric Raptors and four (1) EPU, and (2) arms at the garage entrance
      1. Three (3) quarterly visits.
      2. One (1) annual visit.
      3. Perform and document required manufacturer’s services.
  1. Quarterly Preventative Maintenance Checklist for Raptors ONLY
    1. Check equipment for damage
    2. Check operation of safety provisions
    3. Visually check for items trapped in gaps
    4. Clean face of Raptor element
    5. Clean top of Raptor
    6. Visually check the Gearbox oil level
    7. Visually check for Gearbox leaks
    8. Check for smooth operation of Raptor
    9. Check EFO function (if fitted)
    10. Clean photocell lenses (if fitted)
    11. Check battery backup function (if fitted)
    12. Check cover fasteners are tight
    13. Clean visual aids (traffic lights, beacons, etc) (if fitted)
    14. Open each Raptor unit and inspect overall condition
    15. Inspect each proximity J-Box
    16. Verify proximity sensor settings
    17. Inspect condition of Tri-Plex Chain and drive belt
    18. Lubricate Tri-Plex Chain
    19. Visually inspect rollers visible thru open covers
    20. Inspect for signs of high water / poor drainage
    21. Observe operation with cover off, checking for smooth operation/roller condition
    22. Adjust leading and trailing rollers as needed
    23. Inspect EPU and operation from local control
    24. Verify loop operation
    25. All Master Control Panels, Sub Control Panels, Pushbutton Control Panels, Safety Loops, and Traffic Lights installed as part of the above listed Physical Security Equipment is also included.
  2. Other equipment listed will be serviced Quarterly as per OEM Equipment Manuals.
