The Department of Agriculture and Industries is seeking quotes to have air conditioning filters removed and new air conditioning filters installed on a quarterly basis at our State Chemical Laboratory and Pesticide Residue Laboratory located at 1171 Wire Road, Auburn, AL 36832.

(1) Scope Of Service: Filters to be removed and new ones installed every quarter:

(1) MERV 10 Pleat Filter - Size: 20x20x2 - Quantity: 3
(2) MERV 10 Pleat Filter - Size: 20x20x4 - Quantity: 3
(3) MERV 10 Pleat Filter - Size: 20x24x2 - Quantity: 6
(4) MERV 10 Pleat Filter - Size: 20x24x4 - Quantity: 6
(5) MERV 10 Pleat Filter - Size: 24x24x2 - Quantity: 9
(6) MERV 10 Pleat Filter - Size: 24x24x4 - Quantity: 9

(2) Scope Of Service: Trip Charge to remove and install air conditioning filters on a quarterly basis.

Suppliers quoting alternate items must provide a complete model/part number as well as descriptive/technical literature for consideration and evaluation with their quote.
