Renovate the interior of the Laundry Building to relocate Custodial Services, excluding the north annex. Includes upgrades to the MEPF systems, reconfigured restrooms, adding a 2-stop elevator, extending the mezzanine, and replacing exterior windows and doors.
Onsite Pre-Bid Meeting is mandatory for abatement contractors.
