The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed Bids for roadway & sidewalk materials limited solely to ready mix concrete consisting of Portland cement mixtures for Type I, ASTM A820, Type I ASTM A820M, ASTM Type II, ASTM A820 and Type II ASTM A820M until 2:00 p.m., local time, Friday, November 21, 2025. The scope of work includes, but is not li

d to, delivery and supply of ready mix concrete to the specified project site as requested on a just-in-time basis by the City of Annapolis, Maryland.
There will not be a pre-Bid meeting on in regards to this solicitation.
The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities as deemed appropriate by the City, to award multiple contracts, and to select the Bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
