Description

Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide printing and reprography services in support of our legal operations. Services required are those related to copying or printing from electronic format (primarily PDF); and binding short, medium and long-run documents and scanning paper documents to electronic format (i.e. PDF) on the current activities of the Department of Justice Canada, with a security classification no higher than "PROTECTED B".

Based on previous history, the estimated annual quantity is approximately 2,500,000 copies.

Services are to be provided “as and when requested” according to the following service timeframes (excluding weekends and statutory holidays except British Columbia Family Day):

•        Standard Service: Delivery to the client within twenty-four (24) hours of possession of the Printing Services Request Form and documents

•        Rush Service: Delivery to the client within four (4) hours of possession of the Printing Services Request Form and documents

•        Urgent Service: Delivery to the client within two (2) hours of possession of the Printing Services Request Form and documents

The Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) is for printing and reprography services for the Department of Justice Canada British Columbia Regional Office (BCRO), located in Vancouver. It is anticipated that one (1) Standing Offer will be awarded as a result of this Request for Standing Offer.

The period of the Standing Offer is from the Standing Offer award date to March 31, 2026 inclusive with the option to extend an additional three (3) one (1) year periods.

There are security requirements associated with this solicitation of offers.
