2025 Park Improvements Project

The City of Taylor is requesting competitive sealed bids for the following project: 2025 Park Improvements Project. The project work includes the replacement of the pavilion in Bull Branch Park, renovation of the bathrooms in Bull Branch Park and Murphy Park, and installation of around 600 LF of concrete sidewalk with associated grading, parking, and drainage improvements.

The project work in Bull Branch Park includes the replacement of the existing pavilion and renovation of the adjacent bathroom building, as well as sidewalk replacement and ADA parking renovation. Includes site prep work, ADA improvements, haul off old materials, erosion control, and revegetation. The project work in Murphy Park includes renovation of existing bathroom building, renovation of asphalt pavement parking area, and concrete sidewalk installation to connect various park amenities. Included, but not limited to, site prep work, ADA improvements, haul-off old materials, grading, erosion control, and revegetation.
