The City of San Carlos (“the City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified system selection and business optimization consultants to help the City identify and procure an integrated software solution that supports asset management, work order processing, and capital project management across its Public Works divisions and City Departments. The system must offer robust GIS integration, mobile compatibility, and the ability to centralize operational data across all City Departments and seven Public Works Divisions: Sewers, Streets, Traffic, Storm, Parks, Facilities, and Fleet.  Most critically, the solution would serve as the single “source of truth” by consolidating all data and information in a single location.
