The HOLYOKE HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Unit Modifications - Phase 3 - Toepfert Apartments at Toepfert Apartments in Holyoke, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by ARCHITECTURAL SOLUTIONS INC..
The Project consists of but not limited to:
Unit Modifications (Unit 1C, 2A & 2C) at H. J. Toepfert Apartments located at 38 North Summer Street, Holyoke, MA, all in accordance with the Contract Documents. Asbestos abatement is also included.
Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum Davis-Bacon minimum wage rates.
