Irving Independent School District is requesting Qualification Statements from qualified public accounting firms to provide Annual Financial Audit Services for the Irving Independent School District (IISD).
Any agreement resulting from this RFQ for audit services will be for the fiscal years ending August 31, 2025 and August 31, 2026. The District may request to extend this agreement annually each year for another five (5) years through fiscal year August 31, 2031.
Although we are legally required to accept paper bids, we strongly request bidders submit their response electronically. Please feel free to contact the Irving ISD Purchasing Office at 972-600-5440 if you require any assistance with this submittal. When filing this bid electronically, please do not send us a paper copy, as the electronic version will prevail. NO emailed or Faxed bids will be accepted. Your cooperation is appreciated. Please be advised, no late or incomplete bids will be accepted.
