Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide general contractor services for cleaning and decontamination of the entire HVAC system in relation to the presence of signs of fungal growth in certain components of this system, as detailed in the plans and specifications. The building, which houses employees from various departments has 4 floors plus the basement and is located at 700 Leigh-Capreol, Dorval, Qc.
