The City of Driggs, Idaho is accepting sealed bids at the business office of the City Clerk, 60 S Main St, until 1 P.M., prevailing local time, March 10, 2025, for the following project:

N Main St SR2S Pathway Connector

At 1:05 P.M. on the same day all proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud in the City Hall Conference Room, 60 S Main Street.

The Project consists of constructing approximately 360 linear feet of 10-feet wide three-inch thick paved pathway and 12 linear feet of concrete sidewalk along State Highway 33 from just north of Ross Avenue to 461 N Main St. Associated work includes pathway grading, pathway paving, signage and striping, ADA pathway crossings, fire hydrant and light post relocation, catch basin, erosion control measures, landscape repair, and other related site work.

Bid forms, bidding instructions and conditions, contract documents, plans and specifications may be obtained at Driggs City Hall, 60 S Main Street, for a non-refundable fee of $20.00, or downloaded as a pdf below.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m., local time, on February 26, 2025, at Driggs City Hall, 60 S Main St. All questions should be sent to City of Driggs, at Dself@Driggsidaho.org before 5:00 p.m. on February 26, 2025. Idaho Public Works Licenses are not required to bid but are required prior to contract award.

This project is partially funded by a Federal grant is subject to certain Federal grant conditions, including non-discrimination and Davis Bacon Wage Act requirements (no Buy America requirements apply). Bidders and Contractors must comply with the requirements set forth in the project specifications. Please contact the City for clarification and applicability.

The City of Driggs, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 2964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, Nondiscrimination in Federally –assisted programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CFR Part 23 will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, or disability in consideration for an award.

Any objections to the contents or terms of the Specifications shall be raised five (5) days prior to bid opening or it shall be deemed to have been waived.

The City reserves that right to reject any and all bids.
