Boulder County Community Services/Community Justice Services is seeking substance use testing services for the Alternative Sentencing Facility/Joe Pelle Center(“JPC”); includes oral swabs and insta-kits for UAs. Services will cover up to 252 residents at the JPC, as well as non-resident clients. The vendor will perform drug testing on urine and/or saliva. The vendor will be certified by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services under the National Laboratory Certification Program.
