Description

As indicated in the contract documents, the Work includes but may not be limited to removal of existing ceilings and patching and repair of existing surfaces to make good.  Construction of a new personal care washroom in an existing washroom/workroom space which will include construction of new partitions, new ceramic tile flooring, interior painting, new washroom accessories and mechanical and electrical work.  Work takes place at two (2) separate locations and is to occur concurrently.  Protection of interior spaces from dust and debris under Work area, and final cleaning of interior areas affected by the Work is to be included.

Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid Price.  Refer to the bid documents for additional enclosures.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and will not necessarily accept the lowest bid.
