Proposals submitted after this time will not be accepted. Each bidder must submit a single email, where the subject line clearly states “FY2025 STORM DRAIN LINING SERVICES” (Bid# 12-25)”.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive any technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any Bid that it may deem to be in the best interests of the Owner.
