192 Street Road Improvements between 16 Avenue and 28 Avenue

INVITATION TO TENDERERS

The Owner invites tenders for:

Campbell Heights Road Improvements – 192 Street between 16 Avenue and 28 Avenue for works under Contract No. 1725-004-11 involving construction of approximately 2700m of road construction, curbs, median, MUPs, street lighting, traffic signal installation/ modifications, 150m of storm sewer upgrades, rain gardens, 1300m of watermain upgrades.  In addition, these works include optional work involving 670m of ditching and 61,000T of preload placement for Phase 1 of the 72 Avenue Extension from 152 Street to Bear Creek.

This tender is being issued electronically through the BC Bid website ( www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca ) where any interested party may download the tender documents directly from the BC Bid website.  No registration, tracking or other recording of tender document holders will be performed by the Owner. All addenda, or further information will be published through the BC Bid website.  It is the sole responsibility of the tenderer to monitor the BC Bid website regularly to check for updates.

The Contract is based on the MMCD 2019 Edition and the City’s Supplementary MMCD (2024)

Tenders should be submitted in a sealed package, marked on the outside with “Tenders for 1725-004-11” and must be received at the first floor Main Reception/Information Desk, Surrey City Hall, 13450-104 Avenue, Surrey, B.C. Canada V3T 1V8.
