Description
Starland County will work with the contractor on prepping the site and providing the required base material.
Minimum dimensions of the building must be 55' x 72' x 18'. The layout will consist of three bays with two overhead doors measuring 14' x 16' and one measuring 16' x 16'. Two man doors are required for access and egress. The building will include a concrete floor that needs to be a minimum of 6" with control joints and rated for up to 60,000 lbs. In floor drains with proper grading must be included. A minimum of a 10' apron in front of each bay must also be completed.
The estimated contract period will be 4 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/09/01.
