The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, plans to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Healthcare for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Contract Residential Services (CRS) in Sacramento, Placer or Yolo County for Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Mental Health Services for VA Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS) in accordance with the performance work statement contained herein.
