ICBC is seeking a qualified and experienced vendor to provide a Software as a Service (SaaS) virtual learning design and authoring tool, along with any necessary implementation services. ICBC expects the successful vendor to also provide support services for the tool throughout the contract term.
Prospective vendors can access the solicitation documents and submit proposals through ICBC's Bonfire portal.
All communication from and to ICBC including questions, solicitation document amendments, responses to questions and other information will also be published on ICBC's Bonfire portal. It is the prospective vendors’ sole responsibility to ensure that they have access to all new and updated information.
