Project Description: The City of Lewisville is requesting competitive sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide mowing and landscaping services for specified Zones throughout the City. Services include, but are not limited to, mowing, edging, plant care, fertilization, and litter removal. The term of this contract will be for twelve (12) months, with an option to extend up to three (3) additional twelve (12) month periods, subject to agreement of the supplier and the City. All questions must be submitted on Bonfire in the questions and answers section. Award will be based on best value as determined by the scoring matrix, according to Local Government Code Chapter 252. All goods and services provided to the City must be compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA") and all regulations promulgated pursuant to the ADA. The successful proposer will be required to certify compliance, if applicable.
