Pump Station Modernization – Pump Selection
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids from qualified pump suppliers for the Pump Station Modernization project will be received by the City of Collegedale at Collegedale City Hall, 4910 Swinyar Drive, PO Box 1880, Collegedale, TN 37315, until 2:00 PM local time on November 12, 2024, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read.
The project requires the supply of three (3) dry pit submersible pumps as specified in the bid documents for the modernization of the city's pump station. Bids will be accepted exclusively from pump suppliers for a single prime contract. The contract will be awarded based on a lump sum bid as outlined in the bid form.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is the City of Collegedale. Bid documents are available for download at collegedaletn.gov/bids.aspx. Prospective bidders may review the bidding documents at the Issuing Office from Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and can obtain copies from the website above.
The supplier awarded the contract must ensure equipment delivery for Substantial Completion within 180 calendar days, with Final Completion required within 210 calendar days.
This project is supported by American Rescue Plan Act grant funding, and is subject to specific federal restrictions and requirements.
The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities therein.
