ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

The City of Lexington is accepting electronic bids for polymer-modified cold-mix paving for various City streets.  Interested parties should send bids via email to Public Services Director Mike Horney at jmhorney@lexingtonnc.gov by 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 22, 2025.  Bidders are asked to show a lump sum cost for the total project area.

Specifications may be obtained by email from the City’s Public Services Director, Mike Horney at jmhorney@lexingtonnc.gov Monday - Friday 9:00am-4:00pm.  Contact Public Services Director Mike Horney at jmhorney@lexingtonnc.gov for any bid questions or to schedule a site visit.  The last day for questions is Friday, July 18.  The selected bidder will also be required to attend a pre-construction meeting with City staff.

Bidders will be required to comply with all applicable statutes and regulations and those attached to and made a part of the proposal.
