Background

NSO operates the Norfolk City Jail and has an ongoing need for janitorial, hygiene, clothing and linens products for the inmate population and the jail facilities. This solicitation is posted as a follow up of Request for Prequalifications 11064-0-2025/LW Supplies for Norfolk Sheriff Office Jail (prequalification). Due to security concerns, and for the well-being of the jail population and NSO staff members, products supplied to the jail must have been pre-approved through the prequalification process.
