Bid Synopsis: The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Public Health (DPH), Office of Health Informatics (OHI) is seeking a pool of certified resources with the Oncology Data Specialist (ODS) credentials. DHS will engage with the resources to provide services for reviewing, abstracting, auditing and providing correction of cancer data.
Wisconsin Cancer Reporting System (WCRS) requires resources with an ODS credential to provide the following technical and skilled tasks:
•        Support data collection and processing through the abstraction and finding of cancer cases, following national and State guidelines, and WCRS standards for reportable cancer cases.
•        Conduct data quality control and corrections through case consolidations, removal of duplications, abstraction corrections, program edits and visual edits, and by performing other auditing and reviewing procedures.
