NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract EMPLOYEE UNIFORMS AND CLOTHING 26-024-FM on or before April 2, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at henry.kocker@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com . All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.


Electronic signatures are allowed, and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County (“County”) is seeking bids to furnish and deliver Uniforms and Clothing for its employees. The awarded bidder shall deliver employee uniforms on as needed basis. It shall be the responsibility of the awarded bidder to provide all labor, packing, handling, delivery, and other services that are necessary for the proper execution and performance of the contract.

Pricing shall be quoted F.O.B. Destination and shall include delivery to County locations and/or an employee designated address for direct shipment. Pricing shall remain firm for the first twelve (12) months of the contract. Any employee uniform and clothing price decreases shall be effective on such date the reduction becomes available. Bidders shall provide any price adjustment for years two through four within Section 7 – Bid Form Pricing. Bidder’s pricing shall provide line items, embroidery fee and total cost per unit. If there is an initial set-up fee for embroidery, bidder shall provide it on the Bid Form Pricing. Pricing after submission, shall not be considered.

Bidders shall submit a fixed percentage discount to be deducted from its catalog for items not listed on the County’s preferred pricing.

The County’s preference, not a requirement, is for bidders to have the capability for employees to order direct through a customer portal. Billing for allotted stipend shall be billed to the County. Amounts that exceed employee stipend shall be collected from employee during checkout.
