La MRC d'Antoine-Labelle souhaite procéder à des travaux d'entretien, de restauration et de réfection de l'enveloppe de l'édifice Émile-lauzon. Ces travaux comprennent, notamment, des travaux de démolition sélective, de charpenterie, d'ébénisterie, de ferblanterie, de maçonnerie, de peinture et d'excavation. Puisque le projet comprend un volet de restauration patrimoniale, l'implication d'artisans est obligatoire pour certains travaux.
