Water and Wastewater Environmental Laboratory Engineering and Design Services

The City of Hagerstown is requesting proposals from qualified engineering firms capable of providing professional engineering and design services for the design and renovation of an existing building into a fully functional Drinking Water and Wastewater Environmental Laboratory. This Laboratory supports regulatory and process testing required by the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act and Clean Water Act for microbial testing and contaminate analysis essential to drinking water production and wastewater processing. The Request for Proposal (RFP) outlines the services that are required, the process of selecting a consultant, and all the key information that must be included in the proposal. Failure to submit information in accordance with the requirements and procedures contained herein will be cause for disqualification.
