Description
The New Rundle Heights K-9 School project is located in the Rundle Heights neighborhood of Edmonton. The project will be delivered by Alberta Infrastructure on behalf of The Edmonton Catholic School Division. The project involves constructing a new 6,616 m², two-story school to replace the current St. Jerome Catholic School, which is scheduled for demolition in October 2024. The new replacement school will be constructed on the same site as St. Jerome School. The site will be graded in preparation for construction of the new facility.

The Project is expected to achieve LEED v4.1 Silver Certification with the US Green Building Council. The project delivery method will be Design-Bid-Build (DBB).
