The City of Jacksonville, TX plans to apply for the Community Development Block Grant 2025 from the Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) Program of the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA). These services are being solicited to assist the City in its application and administration of the TxCDBG contract, if awarded, to support an eligible project in the designated downtown areas that meets either the National Program Objective to Eliminate Slum and Blighted Conditions or to Benefit Low- to Moderate-Income Persons in the City of Jacksonville. Accordingly, the City is seeking to contract with a qualified Professional Administrator or Service Provider (individual/firm) to prepare the application and/or administer the awarded contract.
Signed and sealed responses are due on or before March 28, 2025 @ 2:00 p.m., CST mail or hand deliver sealed responses to:

Sealed responses shall be clearly marked on the outside of packaging: Proposal for Grant Contract Implementation, Bid # 2025-100-01, March 25, 2025, “DO NOT OPEN”. Submissions should include one (1) original and (1) copy of the proposal, along with one (1) digital copy.
The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit proposals, as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards. Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals.
