The successful Contractor shall provide program and administrative support services to USTDA’s Office of Administration, primarily in support of, but not limited to, the Agency’s records management program; FOIA program; mailroom operation; receptionist/visitor assistance; conference rooms and business center maintenance; and travel, facilities, and other administrative management programs.
