IDS & ACS Installation

This Statement of Work (SOW) describes the Government’s requirement for installation of a Honeywell Vindicator Intrusion Detection System (IDS), and Access Control System (ACS) by a Honeywell Vindicator certified installer. The system will be designed to meet the physical security compliance requirements of the Department of Defense Manual (DODM) 5200.01, Volume 3_Department of the Air Force Manual (DAFMAN) 16-1404, Volume 3; Air Force Instruction (AFI) 31-101; Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) ICD-705; Robins (ANG) AFB specifications; and ESE-SIT-0001 for protection of assets. The contractor will have to be Vindicator certified for installation, maintenance, and programming with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience and currently hold Vindicator certification.

Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
