Bid Description:
This project consists of but is not limited to removal of the exiting Fire Alarm equipment to include wiring, raceways and
back boxes. Installation of new Fire Alarm equipment to include devices, wiring, and raceways in order to have a fully
functioning fire alarm system in building 304.
Special Instructions:
BIDDERS CONFERENCE: July 1, 2026 – 10:00 am (EST)
There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the site on July 1 2026, at 10:00 am. Visitors must surrender a valid driver’s license, government ID, passport, or equivalent ID during their stay. Subcontractors are encouraged to attend. Visitors must notify the Project Manager no later than the day before the meeting so they can be added to the access list. To gain access to the project site, you will need to enter the Ethan Allen Firing Range at 113 Ethan Allen Rd, Jericho, VT 05465. Take your
first right on Brians Aly. Take a left at the motor pool and park in the lot south of the motor pool. The project location is at 80 Mountain School Rd. Jericho, VT 05465, building number 304. Watch for pre-bid signs.

Contractors are invited to bid on the Ethan Allen Firing Range (EAFR) building 304 Fire Alarm Replacement project for The Vermont Army National Guard at 80 Mountain School Road in Jericho, Vermont. To gain access to the project site, you
will need to enter the Ethan Allen Firing Range at 113 Ethan Allen Road, Jericho, VT 05465. Take your first right on Brians Aly. Take a left at the motor pool and park in the lot south of the motor pool. The project location is at 80 Mountain School Road Jericho, VT 05465, building number 304. Watch for pre-bid signs. A criminal background check is required for all personnel if not presently on file with the BCE and current within one year. Upon award, all employees expected to work on this project must submit Base Access Registration/Record Check Form, provided by Project Manager for VTARNG Security Staff to run required background check. Form shall be
submitted in PDF format by email to Project Manager.
