Project Description: The City of Dallas Department of Transportation and Public Works (City) is seeking statements of qualifications (SOQ) from experienced firms who can demonstrate they have the resources, experience, and qualifications to provide services for a planning study to integrate multi-modal system operation and evaluate current and future land use to guide development of a multi-modal transportation system that allows for improved pedestrian, bicycle, and public transit access along Garland Road from the Garland/Gaston/Grand intersection to I-635.
