This is a Notice of Intent published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101(a)(1) requiring the dissemination of information regarding proposed contract actions. This Notice of Intent is for a proposed award of a sole source firm fixed price contract to the following contractor for needed USP 797/800 Compounding Sterile Products Documentation Software to support the Veteran Integrated Service Network 23(VISN23).

This is done under authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 8.002(a)(1) Priorities for use of mandatory Government sources. The above source has a current FSS contract with the federal government.

Market research revealed that Pharmacy OneSource, INC has a federal contract (47QTCA20D0034) that is able to provide the needed USP 797/800 Compliance Monitoring Subscriptions for VISN23.
