The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (“District” or “CFTOD”) is seeking an experienced contractor to perform repair services for all HVAC within District owned Buildings.
The scope of work for the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (“HVAC”) repair shall include, but not be limited to, labor and materials necessary to perform repairs on the equipment in the locations as described herein.
In addition, this contract shall serve to provide the District with emergency response for critical system failures
