Unless specified otherwise in the tender opportunity, all required supporting documentation and responses must be submitted by the response deadline time of 1400 ET . All responses submitted after 1400 ET will result in the submission being declared non-responsive. Work under this standing offer includes the provision of skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision and material as requested by Correctional Services Canada, in the form of call ups for the provision of Mechanical HVAC services as detailed in the Statement of Work, at the following Correctional Service Canada Institutions: Edmonton Institution, Edmonton Institution for Women, and Grierson Centre, Edmonton, AB. Services are to be provided on an “as required" basis. It is anticipated that only 1 firm will be issued a standing offer. The standing offer will be issued for a term of three (3) years.
