This is a Notice of Intent to Release a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Agency intends to release an RFP to Bid Opportunities by the end of December 2024. The purpose of the RFP is to solicit applications to begin in State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2026 from eligible Community-Based Volunteer Coalitions or Councils for the provision of services to prevent Child Maltreatment in Iowa.
